Research Focus
I am currently a rotation student, and so the specifics of my research is unclear. That being said, my research focus is broadly defined as the genetics and genomics of fungi that are closely associated with plants. I am interested in the genes and metabolites involved in communicating with host plant cells and establishing a successful or unsuccessful beneficial/disease relationship.
